Penthouse Court Penthouse Court Apartments, today Les Jardins of South Beach Condominium, is a City of Miami Beach Art Deco historic property located at 1620 Pennsylvania Avenue in Florida, USA.
The Apartments are distributed in two symmetrical building of three floors. For each building the first and second floor have three apartments and one penthouse on the third floor, built in 1935 and designed by architect Martin L. Hampton.
Located one block from Lincoln Road the apartments are famous for the beautiful mosaics in the common areas and garden of the property.
