This message is substed by User:MediationBot onto the talk pages of users involved in a case to let them know that the case has been rejected for mediation. Specifically, the bot will post something like this to the users' pages:

The signature (as produced by {{subst:FTMC}}) is extracted from the case page for the last MedCom member to edit the case page. If no signature can be found for that user, a standard signature of the form "Example (talk) ~~~~~" will be used.
