Oh lala. i didn't know that charles dickens (woops did I not capitalize?) was contributing to wikipedia. I love your flourish. it is "most evident" that I "do myself a serious discredit" blah blah blah. Hey y'know something? Nobody gives a crap if I spell properly of capitalize or if I conform to proper grammar rules on a talk page. Oh.... unless you count yourself. Bet you got really angry that I used a ... right there. "But that's not proper grammar!!" I can hear you shouting. Stuff it. you wanna (thats right wanna. I commit the terrible sin of writing like I talk.) start gettting all Ad Hominem on me? What are you hoping to acheive? The article used an inappropriate style. Period. I never made any nationalistic statements about how my style of writing reflects all canadians because that is invalid. It doesn't matter how canadians feel.

I have a problem when an article doesn't belong on wikipedia and This didn't. Don't get all upset because I made an edit that took out content. This is how wikipedia works. I opened a disscusion about it and you threw a hissy fit. It doesn't matter how much you like it or how crap I am at spelling. That's right. I SUCK AT SPELLING AND GRAMMAR. I don't even know if that's how you spell grammar. who cares? my statements are still completly valid. "But you didn't take the time to do a spell check whaaa whaa.". cry me a river. No matter how garbage I am at spelling the information in question still retains it's original qualities (or lack of). Every edit I have made eventually gets corrected for spelling and grammer. that is, again, how wikipedia works. you fnd me anyone who says that complete and total mastery of the english language is a prerequisit for editing wikipedia.

I'll take a moment here to point out that my original edits were very civil and made concessions to the fact that the orignal contributor of the information in question "most evidently" had good intentions in mind.

I'm sorry. you didn't use whimsy you said "whimsical". Maybe you should re-read your post. Oh are you getting confused over which posts I'm responding too? or over whch posts you made? because the use of the word whimsy was in a response to DavidBlithe. Can't keep your sock puppets apart?

Can we drop the capitalized IN ITS ENTIRETY. I've read the article. That's how I knew what to edit out. Think about it.

I would rather have a short, properly written article for now than a long rambling nonsense heap forever.

realize this. I want this article to be good and at an encyclopedic level. If this means that edits have to be made then so be it. If you have a problem with edits then leave. if you want to have a dialogue about what can be done to make this information conform to wikipedia policy, please do. That's why I said anything in the first place. but if you just wanna bawl and moan about the fact that someone is actually applying wikipedia policy to a wikipedia article and personally attack anyone that does so: Go away.

It is the easiest and least productive thing in the world to attack someones grammar and spelling. in fact it is down right childish. You may have extrapolated a cocky attitude from me simply mentioning that I have edited before and you have not but I think it's valid to point out that you have been blatantly condisending to me and have absolutly declared yourself superior to me based on your spelling and grammer prowess. I think you forgot about your rational thought. I don't know when you were trying to debate the articles content in that last post. For shame. you are everything you critisize me for being.

I challenge you to actually do something productive. If you want to argue with me please stick to point-counter-point. You've said your peice about grammar. Move on. like I've said I could be way worse at spelling and it wouldn't make the content in question anymore valid.

I'm still open to discussion about the article but don't treat me like I'm an a$$hole. Which you and DavidBlithe have since your first edit.

P.S. I'm pretty steamed right now so I'll go ahead and apologize. i'm sure I've insulted you somewhat just like you've done too me.
