Sony 550 sought signing Felion however due to financial difficulties Sony's 550 label was dismantled.[2][4]

Felion continued releasing mix-tapes with fellow rapper D Fenominal, and collaborating with associates such as rapper Keith Murray. Thug Felon was then offered a deal by Erick Sermon after hearing Bayona's work.[2][5] However again due to financial circumstances and legal difficulties an albim was never released. [7]
