Caio César Santos Faioli (born 26 April 1990) is an Italian–Brazilian footballer who plays for Buochs.
A news report claimed he played for A.S. Roma but no other source could verify, including the official site of A.S. Roma.[1] Report said he is Mancini's cousin.
some sources also claimed he played for Cruzeiro, however there is a Caio but played for Cruzeiro U17 team at Copa Promissão, which age does not match.[2] Another Caio of Cruzeiro U15 is a centre-back. CBF transfer record shown he is transferred from Setor de Futebol Amador da Capital, the amateur section of Minas Gerais Football Federation.[3]
