Matt Fletcher
editMatt Fletcher was born in Checotah, Oklahoma in 1994 to Kate Edmunds and Darren Fletcher. He is the middle child after being born 10 minutes after his twin sister, becky. Fletcher also has an older brother called Jesse and a younger brother called dylan.
Early Life
editUp to the age of 3 Fletcher was happily living with his uncle in Checotah after his family had moved back to England. When Fletcher turned 4 his uncle abandoned him and left him nothing except his acoustic guitar. Fletcher then had no choice but to busk for money and as he never went to school he never learned to write and so made his songs up as he went along. At the age of 10 he landed in nashville and was noticed for his skills by Arista. Three years later he decided to fly to England in search of his family. He is now living happily in England with his family and is a huge trouble maker in school.
Personal Life
editMatt enjoys skateboarding, basketball, baseball, football, soccer and writing songs. His favourite subject is Science and he was on his school soccer team until he got kicked off as punishment. His parents, kate and darren, are teachers at his school as well as his aunt and uncle. He also loves video games and playing football with his little brother. Early in 2008 Matt Fletcher was considered a "heartthrob" and replied he was very flattered.
