Usage edit
This template is for use with the {{MedalTop}} family of templates and works by entering the three letter IOC country code in the first parameter, and the last year of medal winning competition in the second (this produces the correct flag at time of competition).
For example, {{User:Mattbr30/Sandbox|IOC|YEAR Summer/Winter}} produces the examples shown to the right.
