Achievements

• Help reviewers get the queue down by Thursday. [IN PROGRESS]
  • Queue is down to 50 revs
• Get through November on Bugzilla [IN PROGRESS]
  • I've made good progress, but see bonus section
• Get 1.17 out! [IN PROGRESS]
  • Should deploy tomorrow

Bonus

• Got PostgreSQL installation progress
  • The Pg new-installer hadn't had a lot of testing or and was at a retarded point. I tested it and moved it along so that the installation actually works as expected now. I ended up spending more time on this than looking at November's Bugzilla.

Objectives

• Actually deploy 1.17
  • My responsibility here is basically greasing the wheels
• Really get through November's and October's bugzilla
• Look at bugzilla plugins
• Test Wikipedia dump on Pg install

Longer Term

• Decide on features for 1.18
  • Configuration database?
• Keep ear open for meta features from site requests
  • Write a secure group editor
  • Write a logo checker
  • Completely de-couple the DB name
  • Make site rename requests possible on-wiki without low-level ops intervention

• Taking a break from CR to handle bugzilla again since Roan is working on the 1.17 branch.
• Bugzilla
  • ERR_INVALID_REQ when trying upload a file with API User having problems working with PHP curl reports it as a bug.
