I'm Manuel Corpas, a Senior Developer of the DECIPHER Database at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute. I am involved in an endeavour led by Alex Bateman to try to transfer at least part of the wealth of knowledge we create at the Institute to Wikipedia.
