[1] meem Nipun also known as Mohammed Jahidul Islam Al-Azad, 25, A youth trainer, Human rights and transgender rights activist from the southern part of Bangladesh. She identity herself as a Trans Women. Her pronounce is She/Her, but He/Him as pronoun of educational background. She has been working for more than seven years to promote the rights of SOGIESC people. She has been working as the representative of the transgender community of the remote areas of Bangladesh including the hill tracts. She has worked collaboratively with several organizations as well as independently contributed to the rights of transgender people. In 2021, She has founded "PathChola-Walking the way" to support the marginalized transgender community on the COVID-19 pandemic. She received many awards for her contributions to the community, including Youth Champion Bangladesh 2018 by Youth advocacy development institute (YADI), Best Field Facilitator Award 2019 by HIM, Volunteer activism Award 2020 by Action Aid Bangladesh, and Dhurbotara Youth Development Foundation. In her student life, she won the Port City International University Merit award 2016. Recently, She have Received Xulhaz Mannan Memorial Award 2021 for her contribution in SOGIESC on 25th April 2021.She is the most award winning transgender in Bangladesh. She dreams of receiving a national award one day. In her free time, she enjoys Mojo storytelling to promote the rights of gender-diverse people.
