Hi, my name is Hugh. I'm English with mixed English and Scottish ancestry. I attended Winchester College. I have a BA in History from Pembroke College, Oxford. After finishing at Pembroke, I joined the Army and was trained at RMA Sandhurst. I then served with the Life Guards for three years. I am now a post-graduate student at the University of Edinburgh. I am focusing on eighteenth century Britain and intend to complete this by May 2007. I split my time between London, Oxfordshire, and Edinburgh. Politically, I am a staunch Tory.
In real life I enjoy cricket, rowing, shooting, running, hunting, and as much rugby as I can possibly manage.
