Malik Zarar (Urdu, pathan: zarar; born February 8, 1954), is a Pakistani billionaire, business tycoon and philanthropist. He has invested in real estate and has founded, owns and manages Bahria Town Group.[2][3]

He is currently the 6th wealthiest person in Pakistan with an estimated wealth of ₨11500 crore (US$1.1 billion) as of 2016.

He was born into a family of modest means, and was often troubled financially. He started working as a clerk at the age of 19 and eventually launched his own business.[4]
