Business Description
editThe site hosts user generated digital real estate listings for properties such as houses, commercial properties, rooms, annexes, apartments, villas and lands.
It was launched in 2007 by Daham Gunaratna and received a foreign direct investment from Malaysian company Frontier Digital Ventures in 2015[1] .
The portal is developed and managed by the technical team in Sri Lanka and visitors use the platform to generate their average mortgage loan repayment costs using the Home Loan Calculator, get assistance on buying and selling property and find verified real estate agents as well.

editIn 2018 LankaPropertyWeb acquired Lamudi.lk and re-branded it as House.lk [2][3][4]
