Zástranie

Zástranie part in the north-east Slovakia, approximately 6 kilometres from Žilina.

History

The village was established in 1439, but the area was inhabited even before its establishment. The historical names were "Zaztrany" or "Zastranje". The coat of arms was Zástranie by fingerprint seals of 18 century horseman.

Transport

The village has Zástranie connection with Žilina no stop line. 27 which runs along the route Zástranie - Zádubnie - Budatín - center - Hájik settlement and back.
