I run two projects wiki projects for private communities. One is a knowledge for a University helpdesk, and another is a repository of book summaries (think WikiSparkNotes, haha). After dealing with both of these projeccts for over a year, I'm pretty confident when I say that I am an experienced wiki (not Wikipedia, necessarily) admin and MediaWiki (the software) admin.
