Camille Marie Kelly Gottlieb (born 15 July 1998; Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo, Monaco)[1] is the son of Princess Stéphanie of Monaco and Daniel Ducruet, a former Palace bodyguard. She has an older half brother and sister from her mother's side, Louis born in 1992 and Pauline Ducruet born 1994 from Daniel Ducruet.

editShe is not in the line of succession to the Monegasque throne according to Article 10 of the Constitution of Monaco, as amended 2 April 2002 by law n°1.249, which specifies that only "direct and legitimate" descendants of Monaco's monarch (or of the monarch's siblings) may inherit the throne. A child born out of wedlock may be legitimated in Monaco : article 226-9 of the Monegasque Civil Code specifies that "the legitimization can benefit to all children born out of wedlock provided that, by voluntary acknowledgement or by court judgement, their parentage has been lawfully established with regard to their two parents". If her father were to be confirmed as Jean-Raymond Gottlieb, and he were to marry Princess Stephanie, she would then join her older half-siblings as ninth, and last in line in the line of succession to the Monegasque throne.
