Mohammad Muzamil Kumar is a researcher from Jammu & Kashmir,India. He hails from Midoora Tral area of Pulwama, kashmir.Apart from being a Gold Medalist during the post graduation at University of Kashmir, he has also qualified many prestigious examinations like National Eligibility Test and State Eligibility Test. In 2014 the Indian Council of social science research awarded him the doctoral fellowship for two years to carry out the study which broadly focused on finding the significant determinants of organizational citizenship behavior among the professionals of the major human service organizations operating in J&K; development of an attitudinal-dispositional model of organizational citizenship behaviour and comparison of personality traits, psychological capital, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviour of professionals of human service organizations on the basis of various demographic variables.The study was grounded in the framework of Podsakoff (2000), as per which attitudinal factors like job satisfaction & dispositional factors like personality traits are some of the important determinants of organizational citizenship behaviour. However, to ensure novelty, along with attitudinal and dispositional factors in the form of job satisfaction and personality traits, psychological capital was included as another dispositional determinant of organizational citizenship behaviour.Muzamil strongly believes that the human service organizations cannot effectively contribute towards the growth & development of a state, until & unless their professionals are not ready to work & sweat beyond the call of duty.
