I'm old to Wikipedia, but have not been active for a number of years. Now, I will spend some time here again. My first effort will be directed towards updating the article on kundalini, where I believe a warning should be entered. The difficulty is of course, that not all may agree that a warning is necessary - and that this is a subject which is quite difficult to research.
