Carole Feld is a leading brand strategist and award-winning creative marketer who helps clients articulate and showcase what makes their brand unique, different, and better. Feld has held senior executive marketing positions at PBS (DC), Tri-Star Pictures (NY), HBO (NY), The Motley Fool (NY) and Columbia Pictures (LA) and DISTINC (DC). She was principal of Giving Tree Group, a brand identity boutique focusing on not-for-profit and value-based companies. Feld’s clients have included The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, The Smithsonian Institution, Healthy Teen Network, The National Legal Aid & Defender Association, Sitar Arts Center and The Foundation for the National Archives.

Feld specializes in new, evolving and refreshed brands. She understands what it’s like to be in the client’s position, recognizing that developing a strategic blueprint or creating a campaign are only the first steps; she knows it is equally important to provide clients with the tools and materials to implement and build upon them—to help each organization grow and flourish. Feld believes that branding has become the mantra of many organizations because it works. A clear brand strengthens an organization because it consistently informs its customers, affiliates, employees, members and other stakeholders of what it does, why it is unique, how it is important and why it deserves support.

Feld is a recipient of the Cannes Golden Lion Award and a Bronze Effie known by advertisers and agencies globally as the pre-eminent industry award for effectiveness in marketing communications. She was recognized by Advertising Age with their Top 100 Marketers Award[1]. Feld’s volunteer work includes serving as President of CINE (CINE Golden Eagles) and as a founding board member of Restore Mass Ave, working to re-green one of the last grand avenues in the U.S. Feld is bi-coastal, spending her time in Washington, DC and Los Angeles. Feld is married to David Levy, a former University Chancellor and museum director and current president of Sotheby's Institute of Art and together they have one son, Alexander Wolf Levy.
