Sarah Midori Perry (ペリーセーラ緑, Perī Sēra Midori) is a Japanese-British singer, songwriter and DJ, she is the lead vocalist of the band Kero Kero Bonito. She also sings as Sarah Bonito and has released solo music under the name Cryalot.

Sarah is of Japanese and British descent. Sarah spent the first 13 years of her life in Otaru, Japan. Sarah attended Kingston University London for a BA in Fine Arts.

Career

Gus Lobban and Jamie Bulled of Kero Kero Bonito wanted to work with someone who could speak Japanese and posted an advertisement on MixB, an online bulletin board for Japanese expatriates. Sarah was one of the first respondents, and they selected her. Besides KKB, she creates art on her social media.

In 2019 she started djing as Cryalot and had her first show 15 February 2019. Her debut EP, Icarus, is scheduled to release 26 August 2022 and is produced by Jennifer Walton.
