At the end of 1990s, the OA (Office Automation) was firstly brought into world). In the year 2005, the OA products was greatly developed. Now, some lightweight mobile enterprise OA products appear. Enterprise OA has walked about 20 years. Although great development during those years, the feedback of the OA product is not so good. Per our investigations, most big enterprises in China have OA products but users' feedback is negative whereas the entrepreneurs in small companies want to achieve OA to improve efficiency and reduce cost. The dilemma which good products are too expensive and cheap products are bad puzzled those entrepreneurs. We mangdin team developed the Greenlord product under this background.
