As an Infantry officer I have successfully commanded troops in the face of enemy under daunting circumstances and have dealt with PMC, Man management and Resource Planning, Welfare aspects etc. Have handled the post of QM (Quarter Master) for 16+ years which includes Inventory Control, Ration, Material Management, Logistics, Man Management, Grievances, and Fraud Investigations Management. As a Quarter Master, I have experience dealing with Purchase, Planning and Procurement of Stores including Vendor development, price negotiation, Supply Chain Management, Inventory control etc. Maintenance of minimum essential balance coupled with control of over storage to avoid financial losses were my KRA`s (Key Result Areas).I have handled a vast and varied inventory of Stores & Equipment, Arms & Ammunition, Rations & Clothing, Fire Fighting, Hygiene & Sanitation, Perspective planning, Accommodation, Vehicle Fleet Coordination etc. Also audit and accounting of stores and accessories. Liaison with various Civil Authorities and visiting Foreign Armies.

I am a member of Indian Ex Servicemen Movement (IESM) and take active part in various functions/ events.Our current agitation (besides others) is regarding non- implementation of OROP (One Rank One Pension) for the ESM of the Indian Armed Forces.I have actively participated in the Maha Sangram Rally held at Jantar Mantar on 14 Jun 2015 and was also one amongst the first in sitting in for the relay hunger strike.
