LPDWYER - is an aero historian and the creator of the Aviation History Online Museum. The web site was created in 1996 and features information on historic aircraft, engines and airmen. Lpdwyer has a professional background in aviation and was employed at TWA for 27 years as an A&P mechanic at JFK International Airport. Working as an amateur historian and writer, lpdwyer has pursued his interest in aviation history for many years. He also self-published A Day in the Life of a Shop Steward and writes for the Sandisfield Times in Massachusetts.
