I've dabbled around here and there editing and creating articles about United States paper money. I also have a keen interest in the financial history of the United States.

Paper (i.e. fiat) money is an important social invention that needs to be understood from first principles.
It is a token-shadow of aggregate value of useful goods and services ready to be exchanged. Therefore its quantity needs to be limited only by the said aggregate value.
