The personal blog Port Hope Simpson Right to the Top - (historical fiction based on a true story about a v.s.o. volunteer in Port Hope Simpson, Labrador, 1969-70 who was invited back out to the Town's Coming Home Celebrations, July 2002) - has been written because the author is convinced that a cover-up of two deaths in the early hours of 3 February 1940 needs to be exposed. Finding out the cause of deaths and if foul play occurred needs to be known before justice can be done. At least a current R.C.M.P. investigation is now taking place under the authority of the Department of Justice which is more than what can be said about what went on before. The evidence points to the inescapable fact that a cover-up is still in place.
