My name is Emily Liu, and I am a current undergraduate senior at Washington University in St Louis majoring in Biochemistry and minoring in Psychology. I am originally from Houston, Texas. Outside of class, I enjoy baking, travel videos, and tagging people in Facebook memes.
I am involved in rheumatology research at WUSM, which focuses on the dependence of B cell effector functions on certain metabolic pathways. I have also started investigating how complement proteins may affect those functions. I am currently enrolled in Behavioral Ecology, and I will be editing articles about animal behavior (though I'm not sure what my focus will be just yet!
