Hello there! My name is Little Miss Piffle. I'm a writer-in-the-making and I'm proud of it.

More About Me

edit

In real life I'm quite quiet but with friends I tend to be quite LOUD! I'm not very experienced on how to edit articles - I've just created my first page, The Thornthwaite Inheritance, and I'm very proud of it. I've only just started to be able to use sources and citations, and I put that in the article as well. Although for some reason the references keep repeating themselves over and over. And I don't know how on earth you put pictures in. If you could help me, fellow Wikipedians, that would be much appreciated!

Online

edit

I am on Twitter and Hotmail, but not Facebook or Myspace. I want to be a part of Skype too, so I can chat with my friends, but have no idea how to sign up. And plus, if I get an extra bad breakout, how will I look on webcam? Even worse! I'm part of a funny little fansite called ForeverAnne.com for fans of Anne of Green Gables. So come on all you Anne Fans!

Books

edit

I'm as much a fan of books as any other bookworm. I really cannot imagine a life without books. My favourite book is, as I have mentioned before, Anne of Green Gables. I find Anne inspiring. She is such a strong role model; an icon. I must find the 1985 film somewhere, with Megan Follows. I saw it on YouTube once and immediately felt that I had struck gold. Such a brilliant portrayal! But then snotty YouTube bosses removed the film due to copyright breaches. But the old 1934 version is still up there. If you ask me, its a case of wanting the people to watch half-a-century-old tripe instead of the newer, better version. Don't get me wrong, the 1934 film is very good, but still nothing compared to the 1985 one.
