Hello there! My name is Little Miss Piffle. I'm a writer-in-the-making and I'm proud of it.
More About Me
editIn real life I'm quite quiet but with friends I tend to be quite LOUD! I'm not very experienced on how to edit articles - I've just created my first page, The Thornthwaite Inheritance, and I'm very proud of it. I've only just started to be able to use sources and citations, and I put that in the article as well. Although for some reason the references keep repeating themselves over and over. And I don't know how on earth you put pictures in. If you could help me, fellow Wikipedians, that would be much appreciated!
Online
editI am on Twitter and Hotmail, but not Facebook or Myspace. I want to be a part of Skype too, so I can chat with my friends, but have no idea how to sign up. And plus, if I get an extra bad breakout, how will I look on webcam? Even worse! I'm part of a funny little fansite called ForeverAnne.com for fans of Anne of Green Gables. So come on all you Anne Fans!
Books
editI'm as much a fan of books as any other bookworm. I really cannot imagine a life without books. My favourite book is, as I have mentioned before, Anne of Green Gables. I find Anne inspiring. She is such a strong role model; an icon. I must find the 1985 film somewhere, with Megan Follows. I saw it on YouTube once and immediately felt that I had struck gold. Such a brilliant portrayal! But then snotty YouTube bosses removed the film due to copyright breaches. But the old 1934 version is still up there. If you ask me, its a case of wanting the people to watch half-a-century-old tripe instead of the newer, better version. Don't get me wrong, the 1934 film is very good, but still nothing compared to the 1985 one.
