The Wikipedia definition of neutrality has its points, but it definitely makes thing hard when it comes to writing an article on Wikipedia. they want neutrality because what one person thinks or feels about something might not be factual and could give the wrong information to users that use Wikipedia as a source of some sort.

The kind of sources that are excluded would be using Wikipedia for a Wikipedia article only because you must be careful to make sure the source is neutral and is factual. . Another would just be unreliable sources that show favoritism such as the Democratic or Republican party.
