Meteorological radars in Dalmacija (Croatia)
editThere is an enormous lack in meteorological radars in Dalmacija (Croatia). The experts call this the black hole of Europe. Therefore the weather forecast is of very poor quality in Split for example. In 2012 for example people and politicians from Split underestimated the forecast of snow knowing it is always wrong and snow never fell there. The city was completely blocked under snow but thankfully it only lasted for a week.
