KOF-K Kosher Supervision

edit

KOF-K Kosher Supervision, also known simply as KOF-K, is one of the largest kosher supervision agencies in the world. Founded in 1967 by Rabbi Dr. Harvey Senter, it is an internationally recognized symbol of kosher supervision and certification. [1]

Employing more than 150 rabbinic supervisors, or mashgichim, it supervises and certifies more than 1600 food manufacturing and packaging plants and more than 250,000 products worldwide. Headquartered in Teaneck, NJ, it has offices in Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Beijing, China; Antwerp, Belgium; Mexico City, Mexico; and Jerusalem, Israel.

KOF-K also employs a Jewish rabbinic court, or Bet Din, which presides over all dietary questions arising from the certification of their products.
