NEBI REXHEPI is the State Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning (MoEPP) of North Macedonia. Born on January 6, 1979, in Gostivar, he is of Albanian nationality. Rexhepi has a robust background in geodesy and spatial planning, with significant experience in both the public and academic sectors.

He started his career in the Municipality of Vrapciste, focusing on geodetic works and spatial data processing. Later, he held various roles within the MoEPP, such as Noise Advisor and Assistant Head of the Department of Spatial Planning. Additionally, he has been a part-time surveying engineer in a private firm and an assistant professor at the University of Tetovo since 2016.

Rexhepi's political career includes candidacies for parliamentary and mayoral positions, as well as roles within the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), where he currently serves as President of the municipal branch for Vrapcishte and Secretary of the DUI Transport and Communications Secretariat.

He is proficient in several languages, including Albanian, Macedonian, English, Turkish, and Serbian, and has participated in numerous international trainings and workshops on environmental and spatial planning topics.
