London Screenwriters' Workshop new article content ...
LSW (later to be known as Screenwriters' Workshop, or SW) was founded at the National Theatre in London on February 14th 1983, and appears to be the first screenwriters' workshop of its kind in the world. Formed to help would-be and partially experienced screenwriters improve their craft, it grew rapidly. It now runs as Euroscript.
The eight founder members were:
