If you have found this page, you have taken your first step towards becoming a member of the illustrious Skype Cabal. Our goal is to, in the words of an unnamed administrator, "to have big rowdy rip-roaring chats every night." Membership demands that you have a Skype username. Obviously. It also helps if you know the Skype username of at least one existing member of the cabal, who knows you well enough on-wiki to vouch for you in your initiation ceremony.
