Kent D. Palmer is a Software Systems Engineer.
He has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the London School of Economics (1982) with dissertation "Structure of Theoretical Systems in Relation to Emergence" and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from University of South Australia (2009) on Emergent Design of Software Systems. He is the founder of SystemsRadio.net which is a podcast on Systems_Thinking, Systems_Science and Systems_Engineering. He is interested in Software Systems Ontology.
