Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?
- Mergers and Acquisitions: the Wikipedia article uses the words "From a legal point of view", and does not site a reference.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: provides a definition of merger but it does not include a reference.
- When the article starts to breakdown the different components of Mergers and Acquisitions, I like the first sentence under the header "Acquisition".
