Shadrack Nii Tettey Lokko born in 4 October 1990 Better known by his stage name Kelzy Kells is a Ghanaian songwriter, singer and rapper. He was born in Tema new town (Ghana) to Mr Daniel Okuley Lokko and Georgina Adjoa Arkor. He is the second born of 6 children At an early age of 10years he started singing and rapping at parties and funfairs, he got into music industry. In 1998 he started performing at fun world an entertainment programme which was organized every sunday at the national theatre(Accra) he has released two studio album since his debut.
