Jayne Morrison is an author, emotional intelligence expert, and Regional Director of Six Seconds Middle East & Africa. She has developed “At the Heart of Service” EQ programs and helped to develop “At the Heart of Team Performance” and the EQ Advanced Trainer certification program at Six Seconds - The Emotional Intelligence Network.

Jayne has authored several emotional intelligence articles including 'Is It Time For Change?',[1] 'The Bottom Line On Employee Engagement',[2] 'Time To Redefine Engagement'[3] and 'EQ At HMC - Increasing Care in Healthcare'.[4] She was quoted in The National as saying that 'having a higher EQ makes us more self-aware, which in turn makes us more adept at having fulfilling relationships with others.'[5]
