International Motorsports Super Licence System

The International Automobile Federation established the IMSLS, or the Super Licence System as a meritocratic system of awarding drivers for their achievements in various disciplines.
A driver's Super Licence is scored based on driver's performance in the last three years. Unless stated otherwise, or through appeals and exceptions, all prospecting drivers wishing to join a race series sanctioned by the IAF must have enough SL points to enter it.
