It is quite long now after the Namibia's independence [1] , but the shock remains with regard to the situation in which some of the people are living, mostly in Ondobe consitituency [2], Ohangwena region.People have tried thier best to get rid of this problem as they freed themselves in 2009 to dig [3] water pipelines [4] ,so that they would get clean water [5] ,but despite all these, they are still utalising water that lacks sanitational [6] attention. The councillor of Ondobe [7] concitituency do not have his people's interest at heart as he failed to keep what the people have constructed on the run. This are some of the things hindering the development of Namibia [8]

The fact that villagers, especially in Ohangwena region [9] , are lessly considered when it comes to development, hunger [10] sees this as its best opportunity to attack them. The rate of rural urban migration [11] is extremely high on these villages. Who want to be poor forever? People are vacating dirty water-based areas to seek conduciveness. They only wait for election [12] periods so that they will fool their villagers as they normally do.Its also better that the minister [13] of health and social services investigate the mercifull condition on which some of us are living, how would one expect being healthier within such a living environment? Please something need to be done for the promotion of social balance [14] countrywide.
