Bait & Tackle Ad Company is a hybrid production company and ad agency (1) based in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

In 2004, after moving from Hollywood where he created visual effects for "Godzilla," "Dr. Dolittle" and the "Matrix" trilogy (2), Carlberg founded the agency.

Current and former clients include Newbury Comics, the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, Hampton Ford, BBN Technologies, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, National Lumber and Kitchen Views (2).

He describes it as an agency that goes “to bat for people who wouldn't otherwise have good creative and thoughtful agency work. (2)"

In 2009, Bait & Tackle launched Production Blue, a sister company that focuses on high-end/documentary production.
