Rundu Beach

Rundu Beach is a well formed river bank of the kavango region.Over the past few years it has become a well known feature and a tourist atrraction.Rundu beach is preserved and maintained by the rundu town council and the are various activities to be done such as boat trips along the kavango river, bird watching, socializing and not to forget swimming.During the day children enjoy them selves with activitieas such as the jumping castle while adults indulge themselves in braaiing meat and enjoying the beautiful view of the river.The beach is also a place where rundu residents spend their festive season in December with their families and friends as it is regarded as the only place to get together in Rundu during that time of the year.
