Hello to all :-) this is a brief description about me:
After a professional training in e-moderation 6 years ago I became fascinated of possibilities and chances of online collaboration - taking into account especially its relevance for international networking and development cooperation. Agridea came up with special training concepts in e-moderation based on the requirements for coaching virtual teams and for giuding a Community of Practice. Agridea has conducted such trainings with national and international teams since 5 years steadily improving tasksettings and toolboxes together with experienced participants and e-learners around the world. Experience before: Several years in various fields of agricultural extension, e. g. marketing strategies for Swiss farmers and rural development. Project experience abroad: Working as an expert and trainer at rural development projects in Pakistan and Kyrgisztan. Graduate of Postgraduate Course on Development Cooperation, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich.
My Hobbies, interests: I am interested in travelling, hiking in the mountains with friends and family - and beeing in the air above the Swiss Alps with my paraglider. Showing and "explaining the world" to my son Luca [1] and answering his one thousand questions is something above all that gives me energy and power for new challenges.
