My education

My name is Juanita and I am a community college student pursuing an Associate in Arts. My goal is to transfer to a 4-year university to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, and most likely attend Law School after that.

Entertainment

In my free time, I like to read and watch TV shows. I enjoy reading about dystopian societies: my favorite books so far include 1984 by George Orwell and the trilogy Divergent by Veronica Roth. My favorite TV show of the moment is Outlander.

Wise words

I highly admire Michelle Obama, I could mention a hundred quotes I like from her, but one of my favorites is "Success isn't about how much money you make. It's about the difference you make in people's lives." Which she said during her speech at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, on September 4, 2012.
