Pan-Indo Pacific

Pan, comes from the Greek root word, which means to cross two continents and more. While the current world wide panic over the virulence of omicron as another set back to stop the pandemic, triggered by Sars Cov II, that can lead to deeper global public health crisis, with serious geo-political and geo-economic, indeed, geo-governance zero sum game, Phar Kim Beng founder of Strategic Pan Indo-Pacific Arena with representation in Istanbul ,London Jakarta and Tokyo, has been the first to warn of the imminence of this outbreak as early as 2018.

The reason Pan Indo-Pacific makes more sense as a strategy to deal with seemingly roguish powers, be it China, Russia, North Korea, or, even great powers lodged in the United Nations Security Council, that are only aware of "fight or flight" is that human pride tends to want to win. Winning presupposes one must fight, not flight. Yet as Phar Kim Beng has warned: "In social science, for that matter, natural science, when you cannot "arrow it, you cannot explain it."

Pan Indo Pacific is more appropriate as a concept in international relations because every issue that China and the United States are interlocked in, have trans-continental and the issues that affect US-CHINA relationships are strategic competition over theatrical predominance in the Indian Ocean and South China Sea, what the Indo-Pacific Command of the United States would call the West Pacific; struggle to keep South China Sea as openly navigable and stable sea, instead of allowing any of the six  conflict claimants, especially China fo militarize it any further other behind six islets; strong and tenacious attempt to deny each side from having any perpetual superiority over the sea and the space; and speedy space race to augment the advantage to place their satellites up in place to ensure their Internet connections have continued to prospect. The geo-economic impacts on the world would revolve on the speed with which the two sides defeat Sars Cov II through the regime of  trace, treat and target the right vaccination in their own countries as well as countries important to monopolize the digital world order; securing further success in the supply chain of high end Semi Conductor Chips that are 0.3 and 0.6 in nanometer; and making deeper advances in artificial intelligence, sophisticated applications that can shape the contour of cyber commerce; stem research that can prevent their regions that are becoming aging and aged society, and ensuring that it is their state or society that is at the forefront of ever complex use of algorithm, analysis of mega data, augmented reality and automation.
