It is used for editing from non-secure locations or computers (in other words, when I just can't resist) and, as such, it cannot/will not do any of the following:
- Perform administrative tasks
- Participate in requests for adminship
Although it may on rare occassions participate in deletion discussions, this will be avoided whenever possible and will be done in such a way that it does not conflict with the policy on multiple accounts.
