Amir Yazbek (born 1977, Naameh), is a Lebanese singer.

Biography

Amir was born in January 13, 1977, in the Naameh town in Chouf, in a family of singers that has encouraged him to pursue the arts[1].

He began his artistic career in 1998, when he released his first album entitled "Kif Badna Netla'a Maakon", with the album's single "Sorna Tlete" filmed as a music video was a great success.[1]

He signed a contract with the ITS production company which released an album for him entitled "Sherbarbum".[1]

He won many prizes including: best song for the year in 2004 at Casino Piscine Aley for the song "chalak", and best ideafor the song "Serbarbum" in Sharm el-Sheikh.[1]
