I work as a writer and designer of online courses, primarily dealing with real estate. Since I write mostly for a lay audience, hopefully my experience helps me use an appropriate writing style for Wikipedia. I am a lawyer by training, which gives me a perspective on the problem of balancing opposing positions.
Disclaimer: although I am one of Wikipedia's developers and sysops, anything I post is strictly on my own behalf. I am not an employee of Bomis and I do not officially represent either that company or the Wikipedia project. If I tell you to do something or not do something, it's just friendly advice, not an order from on high.
Like the fox. I read too much Kevin and Kell, it seems. My homepage is hosted off my laptop, but that's offline for the summer. I am currently Wikipedia's registered contact with Freenode. That means if you want an IRC user cloak you need to ask me.
Wikipedia is THE reason the Internet was created! The vast knowledge stored here is just incredible, and should be taken seriously. It's why I hang out on the "Votes for Deletion" page quite a bit. Vanity page writers, beware my wrath!
I am a computer programmer in my late twenties living in Louisville, Kentucky. I'm a Buddhist, a vegetarian, and a post-Libertarian. I was recently granted the position of a Wikipedia custodian (with a nod to Moink).
