The Jersey City Economic Development Corporation (JCEDC) is a public-private non-profit organization formed in 1980. The JCEDC manages tax revenues generated by the Urban Enterprise Zone program in Jersey City.

Board of Trustees

The JCEDC is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of the Mayor of Jersey City, the City Council President, community members appointed by the mayor, and business representatives appointed by the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce. Current members of the Board are:
