Points for a new Wikipedia article-
- Plenty of "see also"
- red links in existing Wikipedia articles to improve connectivity
- cite relevant sub topics like work done by an institution
- paraphrase but don't copy and paste
- logos OK if not explicitly forbidden by owners
- check wp:reliable_sources
- ask owner of article subject for sources
- use recent wp:featured_article as models - and look at their talk pages too
