Jerome Vinarao is the president and artistic director of the Center for Arts Foundation, Inc., a foundation based in Quezon City, Philippines with sites and branches in Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Pampanga, Laoag, Bulacan, Palawan and Siquijor Island.

He has been teaching performing arts for free in the Philippines and other countries (specializing in Voice, Dance and Acting) since 1998. He directs concerts, musical plays and corporate events. He also gives workshops and seminars in various schools and universities. Jerome Vinarao is involved in various socio-cultural activities and events. He is also involved with the church and other non-governmental organizations.

Jerome Vinarao is currently establishing and helping various organizations in building culture and arts awareness. One of his recent advocacy involves his management of Olang Arts Park on Siquijor Island, Philippines. It is a 5 hectare property in the Central Visayas region which is being developed into an artist's village. Helping him in this project are key people in the field of arts and academics from Manila, Dumaguete, Bacolod, Bohol and other countries like Belgium, Australia and the United States.

Jerome Vinarao also manages talents and artists. He produces record albums, concerts and other events in the Philippines and abroad.
